Q. How this Association is going to benefit the Young and Fresh lawyer of the Bar?
A. As has already been stated by us, we have taken steps for: -
Eliminating all kinds of favoritism between a Senior Member of the Bar and a Fresh Member of the Bar; because the ultimate choice would be that of our client, who would assign his case to a particular member of our association as per his / her pocket, understanding of the case, and Seniority of the member of the Bar required for conducting the case, Giving discretion to our members of the Bar to quote Their Fee structure as per their Seniority in the Bar and Competency in the field, and Giving discretion to our clients to choose from many members of our association, as per their Fee structure, Fee Schedule and Seniority.
Further there would be many cases which a Senior Lawyers at the Bar may not be able to cater because of lack of time or interest, which he might like to assign to the Young and Fresh lawyer of the Bar. Further, the Young and Fresh lawyer of the Bar can also seek the guidance during the filing, prosecuting or defending the case from the association and its members.Q2. How associating with us would be different from doing Juniorship with a Senior Lawyer?
A.
You would be doing the case assigned to you completely independently in consultation with the referring member because it would be your own case. You may seek our guidance during the filing, prosecuting or defending the case in the form of advice as well as pleadings from the association and its members. You can have your independent practice and cases. You do not have to devote even a single minute for the association.Q3. Do you need to have Personal Desktop Computer with Internet Connection?
A. Yes! if you have Personal Desktop Computer with Internet Connection, that would make your life a lot easier in communicating with us.
